Daniela Cintron is the author of the cookbook for Atlas, a one-Michelin-starred restaurant celebrated for its exquisite culinary artistry. She wrote the book and built the creative vision alongside Culinary Director and acclaimed chef Freddy Money.
Daniela immersed herself in the kitchen for several days, also capturing the soul of Atlas through her camera lens. Some of the photography featured throughout the book is hers.
